The solution from Pdftools centralized document capture, allowing employees to scan documents on standard multifunctional printers and send them to a central email address. The Pdftools software then automatically processes them with OCR, classifies documents, and integrates the data directly into SAP workflows. This eliminated the need for dedicated scanning stations and manual tasks, saving considerable resources. The highly stable and scalable system simplified invoice processing and archiving for accounts payable, controlling, and purchasing on a global scale.
