IREKS GmbH, a German manufacturer of baking ingredients, faced a challenge during a sales software replacement. Their IT department needed a solution to automatically print PDF documents, such as invoices and order confirmations, onto different pre-printed template forms without manual intervention. They turned to Pdftools and selected its 3-Heights™ PDF Printer product to meet these complex printing requirements.

Pdftools implemented its PDF Printer, which was integrated via a shell command into the new sales software. The solution automated print management by handling file names, printer selection, paper trays, and error messaging. This allowed IREKS to print documents on the correct forms automatically, eliminating manual tray management. Users across the company now benefit from flexible, reliable printing directly from their workstations, streamlining the entire sales documentation process.
