Using PDFfiller’s Intuitive API, Compliance Management’s clients can complete and submit documents directly from their website

Compliance Management, LLC, which provides online safety training, tracking and a hiring platform, needed a way to let clients complete, customize and transmit many different documents (W9, I9, W4, OSHA logs, etc.) directly from their website. After finding in‑house options lacking, they selected PDFfiller — using the PDFfiller REST API — to replace traditional web forms and support fillable PDFs, e-signatures and automated field population.

PDFfiller was integrated with Compliance Management’s API and LMS so documents are made fillable via a drag‑and‑drop editor, auto-filled from the company’s system, completed and signed on-site, then stored on Compliance Management’s servers. The PDFfiller solution improved speed, security (HIPAA and SOC II Type 2 compliant) and data collection, and has scaled to about 500 employees actively on the system with another 1,000 signed/in the pipeline, reducing manual processing and enabling instant submission of completed forms.
