Case Study: Islamic Relief Worldwide simplifies donor reporting with PDF Butler

Islamic Relief Worldwide generates hundreds of donor reports at once with PDF Butler

Islamic Relief Worldwide, an international humanitarian organization, faced challenges in efficiently generating large volumes of complex donor reports for its orphan sponsorship program. Their previous document generation tool relied on unwieldy, lengthy templates that made maintenance and batch reporting difficult. They turned to PDF Butler for a more streamlined solution.

By implementing PDF Butler, Islamic Relief simplified its template management, enabling faster report generation and easier handling of translations. A key improvement was the ability to generate hundreds of reports in bulk with a single click. PDF Butler also provided a solution to automatically merge personal letters and drawings from children into the corresponding reports, ensuring donors receive a complete package. The vendor's solution saved significant time for both administrative and donor care teams, leading to more efficient and consistent reporting.
