Brodeur Partners, an agency struggling with scattered new-business materials, had RFP responses and pitch assets spread across office servers and individual drives, with no version control or searchable repository. Important case histories were repeatedly recreated, and when people left the firm their institutional knowledge left with them. Existing tools adapted from other functions proved “virtually useless” for new-business needs.
They implemented PBworks’ New Business Hub, rolling it out starting with RFPs, then loading case histories, pitch visuals, testimonials and awards; interns handled most of the content migration and the team customized FAQs and private dropboxes. The Hub created a single, intuitive source of truth—improving retrieval, enabling remote collaboration on the same versions, reducing chaos and cost, and speeding the agency’s ability to win new business.
