The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), a 60,000‑member organization focused on child health and medical education, needed a more robust, professional online resource to support members and trainees — including the ability to host and stream procedural videos and offer greater flexibility than their existing PediaLink site and free wiki allowed.

AAP implemented PBworks, running staff trainings and working with PBworks to configure the site and enable Single Sign‑On; the enhanced wiki is being rolled out to users this fall. Early results show improved efficiency in completing tasks and updating projects, a smooth rollout with no major issues, and positive feedback from the team.
