Blue Prism, a global leader in robotic process automation, was managing payroll across a fast-growing international footprint with a hybrid mix of in-house processing and multiple country providers. With Payzaar, Blue Prism rolled out a centralized payroll system across 14 countries in just three weeks, without involving IT and without replacing its existing payroll setup. The platform standardized workflows, added approvals and audit trails, improved oversight and segregation of duties, and turned payroll data into usable dashboards and finance reports. The result was a major reduction in reporting time from more than 10 hours to under 10 minutes, hundreds of hours saved on ad hoc requests, and the ability to support more than doubled headcount without growing the payroll team.
