Kappture, a UK-based provider of EPOS and mobile payments software for stadia, retail and hospitality, needed to add integrated payment capabilities to its mobile POS while letting clients keep existing management systems. Targeting fast time-to-market and support for contactless and alternative payments, Kappture partnered with Payworks and Miura (using the Miura M010 card reader) to secure a quick, reliable, PCI-compliant integration.
Payworks delivered its SDK and certification services to integrate the Miura M010 with the Payworks platform, enabling secure contactless and card-present transactions directly within the Kappture POS. The Payworks-enabled solution has been deployed at Surrey County Cricket Club and Luton Town FC, improving speed of service, reducing queues, simplifying reconciliation, and giving venue operators real-time sales and stock visibility.
