Yogurtland, the international frozen yogurt chain, partnered with Paytronix Systems to boost engagement and downloads for its mobile app and to improve participation in its seasonal Flavor Quest promotion. The company had been seeing a winter slowdown and, before adding loyalty, less than 50% of Flavor Quest offers were redeemed, while its original app also received poor reviews.

Paytronix Systems integrated its loyalty program with Yogurtland’s mobile app and POS system, adding gamified “passport” mechanics, scan-to-earn rewards, and sweepstakes entries through the Paytronix API. The results were strong: mobile app ratings rose from one star to four, Flavor Quest participation tripled year over year, redemption increased from 50% to 80%, and 32% of participants visited at least weekly during the promotion.
