Paytronix Systems helped Huhot launch a segmented Conquest Challenge based on an RFM model, with personalized emails inviting guests to participate and progress updates sent after each visit. The 27-day campaign drove measurable gains, including an 84.79% increase in dessert purchases and a 38.26% increase in nonalcoholic beverage purchases, along with higher visits, incremental sales, and email open rates.
