Huhot Mongolian Grill worked with Paytronix Systems to address a common buffet-style challenge: most guests purchased only grill meals and rarely added supplemental menu items. The marketing team wanted a way to increase sales of desserts, beverages, appetizers, and other add-ons beyond the core buffet experience.

Paytronix Systems helped Huhot launch a segmented Conquest Challenge based on an RFM model, with personalized emails inviting guests to participate and progress updates sent after each visit. The 27-day campaign drove measurable gains, including an 84.79% increase in dessert purchases and a 38.26% increase in nonalcoholic beverage purchases, along with higher visits, incremental sales, and email open rates.
