Pump N Pantry Drives Customers from Pump to Store by Combining Online Ordering and Loyalty Rewards

Pump N Pantry, a 14-location convenience store chain in Pennsylvania, wanted to do a better job of moving customers from the pump to the store, especially as a brand focused on fresh food. To create a faster, more convenient experience, it worked with Paytronix Systems and the Paytronix Platform, including loyalty, online ordering, and a mobile app.

Paytronix Systems helped Pump N Pantry launch the Pump N Pantry Perks program with points-based loyalty, digital order-ahead, and flexible payment options through Paytronix Order & Delivery. The results were strong: more than 6,000 members joined within a little over a year, and online orders grew to 20% of overall sales, supported by drive-thru and curbside pickup.
