Paytronix-Powered Promo Boosts The Counter's Average Ticket by $5

The Counter, supported by Paytronix Systems and its Paytronix-powered Counter Points loyalty program, wanted to move beyond a basic e-club approach and better engage loyal guests. The Kahala Brands marketing team’s challenge was to build excitement, increase visits and spend, and show franchisees the value of a more sophisticated loyalty program.

Paytronix Systems helped The Counter launch a “Big Game” campaign featuring a one-to-one survey, a limited 24-hour response window, and A/B testing with target-and-control groups. The campaign drove strong engagement: 2% of the target audience responded, Team Blue fans opened emails at an 80% rate, and 33% of them visited The Counter and spent $5 more than average, helping prove the program could boost both traffic and ticket size.
