A Paytronix Systems Case Study

Preview of the Pump & Pantry Case Study

Nebraska’s Pump & Pantry Gains Over 20,000 New Loyalty Members in One Year Thanks to Paytronix

Pump & Pantry, a Nebraska-based convenience store and fuel chain, wanted a better way to keep customers coming back and encourage more frequent visits and fuel purchases. To do that, the company partnered with Paytronix Systems to build a new loyalty program, “Pumped Up Rewards,” as part of its customer retention strategy.

Using the Paytronix platform, Pump & Pantry launched a seamless, tiered rewards program tied to visit frequency and dollars spent, with members earning cents off per gallon and points redeemable for fuel savings. The program drove strong results in its first year, adding over 20,000 new loyalty members and increasing visits, spend, spend per visit, and frequency, while helping celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary with additional promotions.
