Alltown Fresh, a handcrafted kitchen-and-market concept that also sells fuel, needed a guest engagement platform that matched its unique, food-forward brand and could support loyalty, ordering, delivery, messaging, and mobile experiences. The company wanted to give guests a more convenient way to order food, pay for fuel and in-store purchases, and earn rewards across channels.

Paytronix Systems delivered the full Paytronix platform, launching Fresh with Benefits loyalty, Order & Delivery, and a custom mobile app. The solution lets guests custom-order menu items, pay contactlessly, earn and redeem points in-store or at the pump, and manage curbside pickup through the app. Alltown Fresh said mobile and online orders quickly became a key part of overall sales, and guest feedback highlighted faster, easier service and a better overall experience.
