Duffy’s Sports Grill, a Florida-based casual dining chain with 33 locations, wanted to drive more gift card sales and deepen guest engagement. Working with Paytronix Systems and its gift card platform, the company looked for a creative way to turn holiday promotions into a bigger revenue opportunity.

Paytronix Systems helped Duffy’s launch a limited-time gift card “Flash Sale,” first for physical cards and later adding e-gift cards to the offer. The strategy delivered strong results: flash sale days drove sales up to 10.9 times the daily average, physical gift card revenue grew 10% year over year, and the addition of e-gift contributed another 10% increase for a 21% overall lift in gift card sales.
