Uncle Julio’s, the Mexican restaurant chain with 31 locations across 7 states, wanted to grow participation in its Amigo Especial Loyalty Program because enrolled members were spending more than unregistered guests. Paytronix Systems helped Uncle Julio’s launch an employee-focused campaign that rewarded servers with prizes, cash bonuses, raffle tickets, and manager incentives for signing up new members. Over the three-month campaign, 54,000 new guests joined the program, increasing the loyalty base by more than 50%, and 47,000 completed full registrations for a registration rate above 90%; the company also awarded $15,000 in total prizes.
