Bravo Brio Restaurant Group re-calibrates to reward guest frequency

Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG), the parent company of BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and BRIO Tuscan Grille, wanted to increase guest frequency with its original “surprise and delight” rewards program but didn’t see the expected lift in visits. BBRG, which uses the Paytronix Rewards platform, found the program wasn’t resonating with loyal guests and lacked a mobile app at launch, making it harder to build momentum.

Using Paytronix Systems’ flexible rewards platform, BBRG re-launched its program as “Eat, Repeat, Reward!” with improved employee training, updated POS integration, and upgraded Android and iOS app support. The new approach delivered measurable gains: test stores enrolled 26% more new members, pilot guests made 10% more visits, and national app downloads jumped from 630 Android and 1,909 iOS in August to 1,720 Android and 4,000 iOS in September.
