Beggars Pizza, a Chicagoland family-owned restaurant chain with 22 locations, wanted a better way to engage its best customers and drive more repeat visits and spending. Paytronix Systems launched the Big Cheese Club loyalty program with tiered rewards, personalized promotions, triggered email and mobile messages, and robust reporting tied to Beggars Pizza’s POS system. Within six months, the program met all enrollment and registration goals, mobile registrations were growing rapidly, and Beggars saw a 7% increase in loyalty registrations from ages 16–35 in a single month, while also improving guest engagement and visit frequency.
