Paytronix Systems worked with a national casual restaurant chain that wanted to increase visit frequency among less active loyalty members and capture a greater share of their spending. The challenge was to motivate infrequent guests to return more often and spend more with the brand.
Paytronix Systems implemented a “visit challenge” promotion that awarded extra loyalty points to encourage more visits. The campaign produced a 54% increase in visits and a 42% increase in monthly revenue during the promotion, with revenue still 27% above baseline in the month after it ended.
