Juxto, a cloud communications pioneer, needed a payment solution that would connect directly to NetSuite, accept multicurrency payments in the U.S. and Canada, and provide customer self-service. Juxto selected Paystand and its suite of products (Payment Processing, A/R Module and Paystand SuiteApp, plus a custom QuickBooks integration) to replace multiple processors and eliminate manual reconciliation.
Paystand implemented multicurrency payment processing, connected U.S. payments into Juxto’s NetSuite implementation, integrated invoicing with QuickBooks, and deployed Paystand’s collections automation for a zero‑touch payment workflow. As a result Juxto now processes all U.S. and Canadian payments through one unified system, saves about 4 hours per week (≈52 hours per quarter), saved $4,345 via PPF in 11 months, shifted 30% of bank payments to Paystand’s zero‑fee network, and lowered credit card processing rates by 40 basis points, with payments automatically reconciled in NetSuite.
