Elenteny Imports, a New York–based importer and logistics provider for wine, beer and spirits, struggled with a labor‑intensive same‑day payment process required by federal import regulations and heavy manual keystrokes for A/R staff. To automate payments, reduce data entry, and enable customer self‑service, Elenteny selected Paystand’s SuiteApp for NetSuite to integrate payment processing into their existing NetSuite workflow.

Paystand’s SuiteApp added Pay Now links, support for eCheck/ACH/debit/credit, scheduled invoicing, and automatic reconciliation and invoice closing inside NetSuite. As a result, Elenteny doubled invoice processing volume without adding headcount, shifted about one‑third of payments to online methods, eliminated much manual check printing and keying, and improved collections and customer experience.
