Payslip Streamlines Global Payroll Achieving Seamless Workday Integration and Payroll Automation

International Law Firm, a global legal services provider with 23 offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, was using Workday HCM alongside a managed service payroll model to support 2,200 employees and contractors in 11 countries. The firm needed a technology-based payroll solution that could fully integrate with Workday, better manage contractor payroll and invoices, and provide stronger visibility, control, and compliance across both contractor and employee payroll processes.

Payslip implemented a three-month rollout of its global payroll control platform, including the Payslip Contractor Module, to take over contractor payroll operations in the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium. Payslip automated contractor invoice generation directly into Workday, created SEPA and BACS bank files, and set up automated general ledger and reporting workflows. The result was fully automated contractor invoice generation across four countries, reduced manual effort, and a single system of record with improved payroll reporting and Workday integration.
