GetYourGuide, the leading global experiences booking site with payroll in 16–17 countries, faced a lack of standardized global payroll reporting that left each country with unique data flows and pay-element classifications. Needing to identify payroll cost trends and plan for growth — a need made urgent by Covid-19 — GetYourGuide engaged Payslip and its technology platform to create a consistent, company-wide reporting solution.

Payslip worked with GetYourGuide and local payroll providers to build a standardized classification framework (starting in Germany) and replicate it across more than 15 payroll countries, added multi-currency exchange-rate functionality, and delivered Payslip reporting tools with customizable filters. The result: standardized data across 15+ countries, scheduled real-time global reports (including total employer cost percentages), multi-country cost comparisons and future cost projections, and improved leadership insight for strategic cost management — all delivered by Payslip.
