Cloudera, a global enterprise data cloud provider that grew from ~200 to over 1,800 employees across 28 countries, faced fragmented payroll, HR and finance systems that prevented consolidated compensation and payroll-cost reporting. To solve this, Cloudera engaged Payslip and its global payroll control platform, leveraging integration with Workday and the Payslip global reporter tool to meet urgent multi-country reporting requirements.

Payslip analyzed, cleaned and standardized pay elements, introduced standardized GL codes and an element playbook, and integrated automated feeds from Workday, enabling rapid onboarding and harmonized data. As a result of Payslip’s work Cloudera onboarded 28 payroll countries in four months, now runs real-time, self-serve multi-country reports, and has dramatically reduced month‑end validation time while improving analytics and stakeholder visibility.
