Kirby Group Engineering, a multinational mechanical and electrical engineering contractor operating across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, faced time-consuming, error-prone payroll processes driven by manual Excel work, shadow payroll for secondees and cumbersome GL reporting. To digitize and scale payroll delivery, they engaged Payslip and its global payroll control platform to standardize and automate payroll data across countries.

Payslip moved Kirby from manual inputs to an automated, standardized platform—automating data feeds, GL mapping and FX application, and providing dashboards, alerts and digital calendars—beginning with Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands. As a result, Payslip delivered faster, more transparent payrolls with centralized workforce visibility and reporting: manual reconciliation time fell from a day and a half to a couple of hours, audit-ready GL reports are produced automatically, and payroll delivery is now significantly more efficient and scalable.
