Vanguard College Prep, a Lewisville, TX tutoring company founded in 2011 by Seaver and Natasha Chan, provides private, a la carte SAT, ACT and DUKE TIP prep with experienced tutors. Early on they relied on cash, checks and emailed invoices, which led to growing accounts receivable (peaking around $5,000) and time-consuming collections that distracted them from teaching.
