Reborn Cabinets is a family-owned Southern California remodeling business founded in 1983 that has grown to multiple locations and more than 400 employees. Its Accounts Receivable team was bogged down by manual credit card entry and constant follow-ups with sales reps, field engineers and customers to collect payments, making the process slow, paper-heavy and inefficient.

By rolling out PaySimple’s mobile app in a phased pilot and training field staff, Reborn Cabinets enabled sales reps and engineers to take payments at the point of service and process ACH transactions. The change drastically cut manual data entry, freed AR to focus on projects that grow the business, improved customer trust with face-to-face, secure payments, and is being expanded to more field employees and satellite locations.
