Group Travel Company Collects Payments Faster and More Securely Than Ever

Travel Bound, a GTA Americas company and a leader in group travel for nearly four decades, provides ground travel products and services worldwide. Faced with increasing demand from travel agents for a secure, PCI-compliant electronic payment option—and concerned about the risks of accepting card data by phone or fax—Travel Bound needed a way to accept multiple cards and ACH payments while protecting customer information.

In December 2013 they implemented PaySimple’s invoicing solution, enabling agencies and individual travelers to make partial and full payments via multiple credit cards or ACH and giving Travel Bound better tracking and security. After positive pilot feedback, the company is rolling the system out to thousands of agencies, speeding collections, reducing risk, and strengthening its competitive position as it expands into new markets.
