Maniac Tools, an SMB founded in 2002 that develops media-file management utilities, struggled to collect and convert abandoned-shopping-cart leads and needed a product-level engagement strategy to recover lost sales. PayPro Global was brought in to provide a lead follow-up strategy and to deploy its EasyCommerce lead management platform to capture leads and re-establish connections with buyers.
PayPro Global implemented EasyCommerce’s automated lead management—abandoned-cart capture, IDP notifications and a three-step follow-up email series (timed emails with 0%/10%/20% discounts and urgency messaging). As a result, Maniac Tools gained the ability to monitor and analyze leads, achieved a 31.8% open rate on follow-up emails and realized a 10.6% lift in captured revenue, recovering previously lost sales.
