CoolUtils, an award-winning developer of multimedia utilities serving global users, faced a growing challenge: managing dozens of product versions, licenses, upgrades, discounts and personalized bundles while keeping pricing secure, accurate and quick to update. To solve this, CoolUtils partnered with PayPro Global and adopted the PayPro EasyCommerce dynamic pricing feature to deliver encrypted, personalized order links and streamlined price management.

PayPro Global implemented both manual and automatic dynamic pricing via EasyCommerce—allowing per-currency prices, product names/descriptions, and percentage discounts to be set and delivered through DES-encrypted links or an external link generator. The result: pricing setup time was cut by roughly two-thirds (up to 75%), secure ineditable prices for customers, faster rollouts of license schemes, upgrades and promotions, and freed CoolUtils to focus on distribution and marketing rather than manual price updates.
