Virtualists Business Solutions (VBS), founded by Johanna Capili in 2016, is a Philippine BPO that has grown to over 50 agents and is expanding into Baguio. Early on the company struggled with its previous payment provider — long holds and poor support, high conversion fees (around 4%), unfavorable exchange rates, and limited seller protection that ate into profitability.
