Something Crafty Ltd., founded by Paul Donnelly, is a fast-growing online retailer of jewellery-making supplies that sources products from suppliers around the world and sells primarily through marketplaces like Amazon (which contributes about 60% of revenue). Rapid expansion—turnover in year 7 was more than 30 times year 1—brought the challenge of costly cross-border payments when making and receiving funds in EUR and USD.

Payoneer’s Global Payment Service gave Something Crafty the ability to accept payments in multiple currencies as if it had local bank accounts, with better rates, low fees and responsive support (used since May 2017).
