Ergode, Inc., led by CEO Rupesh Sanghavi, is a Texas-based e-commerce company selling millions of book titles and a growing range of non-book products across multiple specialty sites. As Ergode expanded globally, it struggled to find a payments partner that offered control over payment timing, conversion rates and vendor payouts; banks and other providers’ platforms and customer service proved inadequate.

Payoneer delivered a full payments platform — automatic payouts, supplier payments from-platform, foreign-currency accounts, VAT services and Store Management tools — along with responsive support. As a result, Ergode broadened its international footprint (including Linio and Amazon China), now operates 16 additional websites, serves customers in 13 countries with shipments to 130+ countries, and is positioned to scale product offerings and reach its growth goals.
