Ecomdy Media, an official TikTok Agency Partner in Vietnam, needed a convenient, cost-effective way to manage customer payments as it expanded to serve clients in 120+ countries. The company also wanted a better way to fund ad campaigns and handle payments across multiple markets, and turned to Payoneer for support.

Payoneer implemented the Billing Solution API so Ecomdy Media’s customers could add funds directly on the Ecomdy platform from their Payoneer accounts, and also enabled global payment requests via preferred methods like credit card and bank transfer. Using the Payoneer Commercial Mastercard®, Ecomdy Media gained dozens of virtual cards, higher spending flexibility, and the ability to spend in USD, EUR, and GBP while saving on FX costs.
