SKCAC Industries and Employment Services, a nonprofit dedicated to creating job opportunities for people with disabilities, needed a more efficient way to manage off-site employee time, improve administrative processes, and control payroll costs. To support its mission, the organization turned to PayNorthwest for cloud-based payroll and time-and-attendance solutions.
PayNorthwest implemented a time and attendance system that lets 35 employees clock in and out on-site and off-site using smartphones, along with payroll services that accommodate SKCAC’s legacy productivity-based pay process. The result was more accurate time reporting, timely paychecks, improved efficiency, and lower costs for a mission-driven organization serving more than 100 people each year.
