Phoenix the Creative Studio is a 10-person Montreal branding and interactive agency that rebranded in 2014 and produces high-visibility work such as their “Cannes Survival Kit,” distributed to more than 1,000 agency executives at the Cannes Lions Festival. The studio struggled with client feedback, time tracking and keeping multiple projects from becoming disorganized, and turned to Paymo’s project management tools (notably the project/tasks view) to support its workflow alongside Slack.
