Paylocity deployed its connected platform (mobile Community for communications, Impressions for recognition, Surveys and Analytics, geofenced Time & Attendance, and integrated Recruiting/Onboarding), centralizing data and automating workflows. As a result, Mills cut payroll processing time in half, reduced average turnover by more than 15 percentage points (to about 31%), and saved roughly $75,000 by eliminating duplicate systems, while gaining analytics that produce reports in minutes rather than days.
