Revere Plastics Systems, a Novi, MI-based plastic injection molding manufacturer with 1,200 employees, faced high turnover and a communication deficit across seven plants as it prepared to scale. After hiring a new VP of HR in 2019, the company selected Paylocity as its HR and payroll partner to engage a largely hourly workforce, build culture, and automate time-consuming HR processes.

Paylocity deployed its payroll and HCM suite — including Onboarding, Surveys, Community, Impressions (peer recognition), LMS, and Insights reporting — to streamline administration and improve employee communication.
