Paylocity implemented mobile self-service, text-driven recruiting, Community for internal communication, an LMS and enhanced dashboards. The result: faster hiring and real-time employee access to pay stubs and PTO, direct deposit now available, streamlined reporting (reporting time cut in half), fewer HR inquiries and regained weekend time for payroll staff—demonstrating measurable efficiency gains and stronger employee engagement across Weigel’s locations.
