After finding its prior ADP solution too siloed, The Boiling Crab selected Paylocity for HR & Payroll, Benefit Administration, Reporting, Data Insights, Compliance Dashboard and General Ledger functionality to centralize and streamline administration.

Paylocity implemented a single Company Set with six Company IDs, built a custom general ledger file for point-and-click access to payroll history, and integrated benefits and third-party vendors to automate enrollments and deductions. The result: automation of manual processes, integrated setup of six sites for improved data visibility, time savings through platform integrations, vastly improved reporting via Paylocity’s Data Insights Dashboard, and easier onboarding of franchisees—helping The Boiling Crab save HR and accounting time and scale confidently.
