Paylocity implemented a centralized platform with plant kiosks for time entry, automated onboarding and benefits, Performance Management and a Partner Portal for the 401(k) advisor, plus reporting dashboards. The result: payroll processing fell from three days to 90 minutes, seamless integrations with VOYA 401(k) and Guardian insurance, elimination of 401(k) audit issues, improved manager-employee communication, and a 10–20% revenue increase without adding headcount.
