CRP Industries, a family-owned manufacturing company with about 200 employees across multiple locations, faced challenges communicating with plant-floor staff and relied on manual, paper-based onboarding. Paylocity’s Community unified notifications, reduced email volume, enabled CEO daily posts and interest groups, and Impressions and Surveys increased recognition and connection, while Onboarding moved new-hire paperwork to before day one. Using Paylocity’s Modern Workforce Index to guide action, CRP reached 79% Organizational Health, posted an MWI score 12 points above the industry benchmark (with Utilization 4 points above), and reported higher engagement and productivity across the workforce.
