Revere Plastics Systems, a 1,200‑employee plastic injection molding manufacturer based in Novi, MI, faced a communication deficit and high turnover as it prepared to double in size. Paylocity implemented core HR & Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding automation plus Community for companywide communication, Impressions for peer recognition, Surveys, the Learning Management System, and the Modern Workforce Index. The changes saved about 11 hours per week in onboarding, raised NPS survey participation from 1% to 40% in under three months, cut turnover by more than 70%, and delivered nearly $23,000 in savings from automated communication and engagement.
