Revere Plastics Systems, a 1,200‑employee plastic injection molding manufacturer based in Novi, MI, faced a communication deficit and high turnover as it prepared to double in size. With most of its workforce hourly, dispersed across eight locations and many without smartphones, Revere needed a single HR platform to build culture, improve engagement, and streamline hiring and onboarding.
