Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a family‑owned luxury hotel group with 3,500 employees across 23 North American locations, faced stiff competition for talent from the gig economy, high turnover, disconnected HR systems, and paper‑based communications. To modernize hiring, payroll and employee engagement, the company expanded its long‑standing use of the Paylocity platform—adding Recruiting & Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance, On Demand Payment, Community and Learning—to consolidate processes and speed recruitment.

Paylocity replaced five legacy systems with a single integrated platform across all 23 locations, cutting onboarding (including E‑Verify steps) to about seven minutes, automating payroll and approvals, and enabling On Demand Payment so employees can access earned wages before payday. As a result, Noble House reduced manual work, improved pay accuracy, centralized communications and reported strong usage of on‑demand pay—helping the company attract and retain talent while strengthening engagement and development.
