Paylocity automated payroll and benefits integrations, introduced Market Pay benchmarking, and streamlined recruiting, onboarding and employee self-service. The changes saved the equivalent of 1 FTE on payroll, cut payroll processing to about an hour to check and three minutes to run, allowed job postings in five minutes, achieved 75% of open enrollment in one week, and reduced data‑entry errors to almost zero—restoring employee trust and shifting HR into a strategic role.
