The change sped up onboarding and background checks, reduced routine HR queries through self‑service and the PEAK Knowledge Base, smoothed open enrollment with clear price breakdowns, and gave leaders reporting to track turnover and compliance—helping Paylocity support Circuit’s 470 employees and freeing HR to focus on strategic work.
