CareLink Community Support Services, a non-profit operating 30 facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, was struggling to recruit and retain direct support professionals because its application process was outdated, desktop-only, and fragmented across third-party job sites. After finding Paychex inflexible, CareLink chose Paylocity’s HCM platform—including the Recruiting module—to modernize its applicant journey and address broader HR system limitations.
Working with Paylocity (and advisory partner EisnerAmper), CareLink migrated thousands of employee and payroll documents, launched a streamlined careers page and Recruiting workflow, implemented Time & Attendance with Paylocity tablet kiosks, and adopted Insights & Recommendations and the Mobile App. The move to Paylocity produced clear gains: roughly $4.5K in monthly cost savings, a nearly 90% pre–go-live Mobile App signup rate, improved invoice-timecard reconciliation for contract staff, and faster, more efficient hiring and HR operations.
