San Luis Valley Behavioral Health Group (SLVBHG), a substance abuse and mental health clinic in Alamosa, CO with 165+ employees and a mobile clinic, needed an all-in-one HR and payroll solution to improve employee communication, track inventory, automate manual workflows, and support recruiting and benefits integration. As a result, SLVBHG saw more qualified applicants for specialized roles (more interviews for one role than all roles in the prior five years), reduced new‑hire paperwork by about 2–3 hours, cut reporting time from up to 10 days to minutes, and regained hours previously spent tracking I-9s and 1095s—delivering faster insights and improved employee engagement with Paylocity.
