The Industrial Service Group (ISG), a rapidly growing MRO group of 16 companies with 1,200 employees across 49 locations, faced fragmented, paper-based HR processes after a string of acquisitions—slow recruitment, half-day onboarding sessions, and scattered data that hindered compliance and workforce planning.
