Manufacturing Organization, a 120+ employee company in Westminster, CO, struggled with manual payroll and timekeeping across multiple worksites, with supervisors frequently adding employee punches by hand. To solve this, they partnered with Paylocity and implemented Paylocity Mobile and the Self Service Portal to enable mobile punching and remote access to personal and performance data.

Paylocity automated the client’s payroll and HR processes—including time and attendance—eliminating supervisors’ manual input and cutting payroll processing from a half day to one hour every two weeks. The Paylocity solution also reduced time spent correcting and approving timecards and time-off requests, improved auditor documentation access, and provided remote employees a mobile option to punch in/out and view their data.
